A SURVEY
AND ANALYZE OF CONTAMINATION BY MYCOTOXIN IN CEREAL

The mycotoxin content of 31 stored cereal samples was tested by
the immunoaffinity column test system.Results indicate that aflatoxins(90.32%)
and ochratoxin(87.10%) have higher positive rate than T-2 toxin(35.48%)
and deoxynivalenol(3.22%).As the safety level of cereal,T-2 toxin
(29.03%) exceed seriously,ochratoxin(3.22%) were next,and deoxynivalenol(3.22%)
and aflatoxins(0) was lowest on rate of exceeding content limit
of mycotoxin.The mycoflora and climate are leading affection factor.
